Post Office Building (occupancy 150)

Amaze attendees by hosting your event in our historic, one-of-a-kind Post Office Building! Completed in 1916, the Brenham Post Office Building was THE Post Office of Brenham for over 50 years and still shines as a crowning jewel of the City! Perfect for any large event, and full of unique exhibits and space for your guests to explore, all who attend will be remembering your event for years to come!

Julie and Larry Tegeler Bus Depot Gallery (occupancy 42)

The Julie and Larry Tegeler Bus Depot Gallery comes equipped with a gorgeous rental space, perfect for business meetings, fundraisers, spirit nights, and so much more! This building also includes a spacious kitchen that includes one industrial refrigerator, a sink, and counter space for food preparation. Bathrooms are conveniently located in this building, as well.

*Depot may be rented for ½ price concurrent with Post Office rental for catering/kitchen use, etc.


Toubin Meeting Room (occupancy 20)

The Toubin Conference Room, located in the basement of the Post Office building, provides adequate space for a small group. This space is best for children’s birthday parties, book clubs, and any other small get-togethers. Chairs and tables will be provided, as well as access to the main floor of the Post Office building for touring. The display cases pictured below will be removed for the event.

Rental Terms

*50% Deposit Required two weeks prior to rental, payment in full due one business day prior to event.

*All rental times are continuous and include set-up/load-in, event and cleanup.

*Rentals are only available in ½ day or full day, anything over 4 hrs constitutes a full day rental.

*Events serving alcohol may be required to have security.

*Events serving alcohol required to use TABC certified bartenders.

*Discounts to Nonprofit Organizations at BHM discretion.
